When to Expect Your Order

At La Cookie Shop, we bake each cookie fresh to order, ensuring it reaches you at peak quality and flavor. Here’s what you can expect after placing an order:

Order Cutoff: Orders placed by/before Thursday at 12PM are baked, packaged, and shipped Thursday and Friday to arrive fresh.

Delivery & Shipping: Local deliveries and all shipments go out on Thursdays and Fridays. Local orders arrive by 6:30PM, while shipped orders are dispatched promptly for quick delivery.

All cookie shipments are frozen to maintain freshness and shipped via 1-3 Day Express so they arrive at peak quality.

Please Note: Orders placed after 12PM Thursday cutoff will be fulfilled the following week.
